Lim Yee Soon, aged 49, is the Group Managing Director of EIG Group. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Degree in Bachelor of Art, majoring in Architectural Studies in 1983. Upon graduation, he joined Archurban Architects in Singapore in February 1984 as a Trainee Architect and left in December 1984 to further pursue studies. In 1987, he obtained his Bachelor of Architecture Degree at the National University of Singapore.

His involvement with the Group started in February 1989 when he became the Chief Executive Officer of Dermal Esthetica Sdn Bhd. He is responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, development, growth and expansion of the EIG Group. He is a Director of Amita Pearls Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the trading of pearls and jewelry and Hartsville Sdn Bhd, which is an investment holding company. He was appointed to the Board of the Company on 29 October 1996.
