Dato' Mohd Ismail Bin Che Rus, aged 66, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, on 2 September 2009.

Dato' Mohd Ismail started his career with the Royal Malaysia Police as an Inspector in 1962 and was promoted to numerous positions before appointment as Chief Police Officer for three states in Malaysia and the Metropolitan Police of Kuala Lumpur. Prior to his retirement, he held the rank of Commissioner of Police with the appointment as Director of Criminal Investigation Department. Currently, he is a director of Selangor Dedging Berhad, Ancom Berhad and Nylex (M) Berhad.
