Esthetics International Group Berhad (EIG) was incorporated in Malaysia on 29 October 1996 as a private limited company under the name of Esthetics International Sdn Bhd. Subsequently on 17 May 2002, it was converted into a public limited company and subsequently assumed its present name on 27 November 2003.

Principal Activities
The principal activity of the Company is on investment holding whilst the principal activities of its subsidiaries in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore are;
          • importing and distribution of skin care and hair care products
          • cosmetics and beauty equipments
          • management and provision of professional skin care services and sales of skin care products
          • development and distribution of wellness products.

The principal activities of its subsidiary companies in Hong Kong and Singapore are the distribution of skin care, hair care and health care products.

EIG has an associate company in Thailand which is an importer and distributor of skin care and hair care products.
