1. Marketing Executive

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • Effective planning & timely execution of new launches and new customer promotions based on Marketing calendar including print or digital advertising, website management, shopping mall exposure or other avenues for the purpose of new customer recruitment, brand awareness and driving traffic to centres.
  • New Customer Recruitment: Exploring collaborations, tie-up, events or sponsorship/partnership with current or new business partners or platforms for new customer recruitment; bank, retailers and others.
  • Mall/Complex Advertising: Excellent communication (internal & external), coordination and follow up to ensure all the Marketing Launches and promotions are executed and updated in all the available platforms in locations that AsterSpring are present at to maximize brand exposure. Inclusive of liaising on digital, website, and in-mall advertising/events/campaign (artwork, printing, booking, delivery, installation & dismantling of current promotion and internal communication with respective centre).
  • Branding & PR: Propose & coordinate on print/digital advertising, tie up, events or sponsorship plans, manage media inquiries/treatment review, sending press releases and to secure best coverage/exposure for AsterSpring brand.
  • Explore & propose new ideas / tools to recruit new customers and continuous improvement of brand awareness.
  • Compilation of monthly reports including AS exposure in all media, monitoring & analysis of PR results
  • To support the Marketing Manager in all branding & PR, online / VM execution as needed

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / Media, Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in skincare / beauty / wellness industry will be added advantage.
  • Able to stay composed and work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Initiative, creative, perfectionist with an eye for details
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Production & Planning Executive

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • To identify and source supplier to obtain the quotation
  • Establish a good relationship with local and oversea suppliers and negotiate for better pricing
  • To follow up closely on the delivery and ensure the materials deliver on time
  • To monitor and co-ordinate raw/packaging materials required for production
  • As a liaison person between internal and external stakeholders for all standard practice and delivery schedule.
  • To prepare invoice & relevant documentations and submit to Finance Department for payment purposes
  • To prepare the purchase order and obtain approval from relevant party.
  • To take up additional assignment given by the Management from time to time

5. Accountant (Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for financial and management accounting functions of a group of companies.
  • Responsible for annual statutory reporting.
  • GST preparation, reporting and compliance in addition to monthly GST tax filing.
  • Responsible for preparation and review of corporate tax compliance, income tax computation for the Group.
  • Responsible for the Group’s tax functions including preparation of provisional tax computation for tax estimation and revised tax estimate purposes and ensure tax payment has been remitted within the deadline
  • Tax planning for the Group and local subsidiaries
  • Liaison with tax consultants pertaining to taxation matters

6. MIS Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level of support to end users.
  • PC and hardware support for HQ and Salons.
  • Ensure all hardware and software is running with optimum performance.
  • Support and monitor Salon’s CCTV system to minimise downtime.
  • Coordinate with vendor / service provider for hardware warranty claim and repair.
  • Manage and monitor all routine backup is completely done and on time.

7. Operation Executive (Northern region)

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide operation administrative support to all outlets in daily business operation and liaise with mall to resolve and follow-up for outlets operational issues.
  • Plan, organize and perform Centre Stocks Audit and Machine Audit as per schedule.
  • Working closely with Project Team and Sales Team, from planning to WIP execution for all projects such as new outlet opening, renovation, relocation and arrange contractor for outlets maintenance work.
  • Coordinate with all outlets and liaise with HQ office for outlets facilities such as computer hardware, MePos system, credit card terminal issue, phone line application / termination / transfer.
  • Coordinate for various license application and renewal, such as business license.
  • Assist Area Manager to liaise with supplier on all printing materials and request quotations for approval.
  • Coordinate with all outlets and liaise with education team on training schedule and details.
  • Provide support to frontline when necessary, such as confirm customer appointment, attend walk in customer and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline.

8. Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

  • To conceptualize design ideas for displays on a) permanent generic b) seasonal & c) events and activities according to the Corporate Salon direction.
  • In charge of campaign launch windows, display and props allocation / sourcing of props / outlet visual merchandising update, ensuring staff adhere to overall merchandising guidelines.
  • To ensure that outlets adhere to daily visual Merchandizing SOP.
  • To ensure set up & branding is executed effectively & reflect brand concepts clearly.
