1. Warehouse Manager

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency day to day management of the warehouse operation.
  • Manage a team of 30 headcounts warehouse in meeting the assigned KPI.
  • Ensure the implementation of the approved SOP’s within the approved budget of resources allocated.
  • Monitor and coach the performance of warehouse employees in relations to their work performance.
  • Safeguard warehouse operation by establishing and enforcing and monitoring warehouse EHS and security procedures
  • Control inventory by conducting physical stock count and reconciliation
  • Work closely with respective business units to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Studies or related discipline.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management, of which 3 years in managerial role.
  • Proficient in SAP accounting system, ERP system, WMS and Microsoft office system will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess proven leadership quality, good supervision skills, able to lead and manage effectively a team from multi-cultural background.
  • Good planning ability and analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

2. Procurement & Planning, Assistant / Executive

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with respective business unit on inventory planning and replenishment.
  • Follow up with overseas principals/ suppliers on purchase orders, able to plan order and shipping schedules.
  • Prepare, analyze, monitor & propose monthly inventory replenishment report.
  • Issue purchase requisition for stock replenishment after monthly inventory meeting.
  • Plan and schedule direct shipment from suppliers to Regional offices.
  • Prepare shipping document for import clearance.
  • Prepare data and code creation for incoming shipment and import into system
  • Coordinate with warehouse on verification of goods receiving activities.
  • Raise Credit Note Request Form / Debit Note Requisition Form and follow through for supporting document and approval.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business studies, Logistic and Transport Management
  • At least 1-2 year relevant working experience with logistic and procurement background

3. Senior Marketing Manager

(Selangor – Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure the business unit has an integrated and effective marketing arm that can support the Company’s aim in building a credible and sustainable brand and that all A&P tools are effective in contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Build strategic marketing plans / initiatives to provide direction to all regional countries to localise the practices.
  • Develop marketing strategies to strengthen and achieve business portfolio growth in accordance to the annual budget commitment.
  • Implement marketing campaigns that are consistent with the business unit goal and the brand’s objective.
  • Planning, executing and contributing to the Corporate Brand Communication portfolio to elevate the branding and positioning of the business regionally, increasing the awareness and market share in support of the revenue growth.
  • Executing of the day to day A&P tactical support to sales department, CRM, corporate communication and other marketing activities.
  • Managing marketing budget and ensure expenses are tracked with KPI achieved.
  • CRM management – conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data and review marketing plan on quarterly, annually & 3 yearly basis.
  • Branding and Merchandising – direct and conceptualize product shelves & displays with monthly /quarterly theme to ensure VMD are attractive to capture shoppers’ attention and interest.
  • Launching of new treatments, media communication, press releases and other launch support POSM at ground level.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in retail / beauty industry will be added advantage.
  • Good business acumen, able to respond to the needs of the business by implementing, managing and developing effective marketing programmes (understand the sales objective, able to do sales pitch to convince the sales team)
  • Problem solver and resolve any areas of concern or rectify shortfalls
  • Proven track record of leadership and management skills with ability to inspire and motivate team

4. MIS Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team in providing 1st level of support to end users.
  • Provide 2nd level of support to end users in regional countries (ie. Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand & Indonesia).
  • Plan, develop, maintain, support and optimize key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure for head office & data centre, server infrastructure (Windows/Linux), data communications and security.
  • Develop and implement I.T. Business continuity and disaster recovery plan.

  • To work closely with other education team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of digital assets such as electronic direct mailer (EDM), web pages, apps, animated banners, and other assets used in the social media space
  • Responsible for technical and graphical aspects of website
  • Assist in the design, retouching and adjusting artwork/photos
  • Ensure all collaterals are compliant with our brand architecture guidelines

Requirements:

9. Marketing Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Effective planning & timely execution of new launches and new customer promotions based on Marketing calendar including print or digital advertising, website management, shopping mall exposure or other avenues for the purpose of new customer recruitment, brand awareness and driving traffic to centres.
  • New Customer Recruitment: Exploring collaborations, tie-up, events or sponsorship/partnership with current or new business partners or platforms for new customer recruitment; bank, retailers and others.
  • Mall/Complex Advertising: Excellent communication (internal & external), coordination and follow up to ensure all the Marketing Launches and promotions are executed and updated in all the available platforms in locations that AsterSpring are present at to maximize brand exposure. Inclusive of liaising on digital, website, and in-mall advertising/events/campaign (artwork, printing, booking, delivery, installation & dismantling of current promotion and internal communication with respective centre).
  • Branding & PR: Propose & coordinate on print/digital advertising, tie up, events or sponsorship plans, manage media inquiries/treatment review, sending press releases and to secure best coverage/exposure for AsterSpring brand.
  • Explore & propose new ideas / tools to recruit new customers and continuous improvement of brand awareness.
  • Compilation of monthly reports including AS exposure in all media, monitoring & analysis of PR results
  • To support the Marketing Manager in all branding & PR, online / VM execution as needed
