Cindy Poh Chze Ching @ Poh Chee Ching, Malaysian, female, aged 60, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 25 September 2025. She is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nominating Committee.

Ms Cindy Poh has close to 30 years’ experience of leadership and brand management across multiple premium, luxury, masstige and professional brands.

Ms Poh was most recently the Country Manager of Luxasia Malaysia from 2017 to 2023 where she was responsible for leading Luxasia’s retail and distribution business in Malaysia, and in total worked with Luxasia for 20 years from 2003 to 2023 which included roles as Senior General Manager and Divisional General Manager as well.

Prior to Luxasia, Ms Poh was with EIG from 1996 to 2003 where her final role was as Marketing and A&P Manager.
